169th Anniversary of Railways was celebrated on 16 April 2022 by Thane Railway Passenger Association under presence of Honorable MLA Shri. Sanjay Kelkar and Shri. Niranjan Davkhare. Thane Railway Passengers Association President Nandkumar Deshmukh, Secretary Sudhakar Patangrao, Trustees of Shivsanskruti Samajik and Bahuuddeshiya Trust and other dignitaries were present on this occasion. On this occasion, the anniversary of the railway was celebrated by cutting a cake. Also, the dignitaries were felicitated with inspiring image of Chhatrapati Shree Shivaraya and a shawl. The program was attended by a large number of railway passengers.
