October 2024 - Blood Donation Camp and Free Medical Checkup Camp organized through Shivsanskruti Samajik and Bahuuddeshiya Trust

Blood Donation Camp and Free Medical Checkup Camp were organized at Tembhinaka, Thane on the occasion of Dussehra in association with Shivsanskruti Samajik and Bahuuddeshiya Trust, Kshatriya Dharpawar Charitable Organization and Maharashtra Educational Training Institute. Many blood donors fulfilled their duty towards society by donating blood in this camp. The program was inaugurated by the President of Thane District Journalists Association Shri. Sanjay Pitale, Director of Oscar Hospital Mr. Ajay Kate, Maharashtra Vice President of Social Justice and Womens Rights Board, National Vice President of National Association of Fishermen and MSME Maharashtra Vice President Shri. Kishorji Khatri, Senior Corporator Mr. Sudhakar Bakshi, Police Officer Kavita Patange Madam, Representative of Akshay Blood Bank Mrs. Anita Jadhav Madam. The image of Chhatrapati Shri Shivaji Maharaj was worshiped to them. On this occasion the President of Suburban Railway Passenger Federation Shri. Nandkumar Deshmukh, Senior Central Employee Shri. Anant Vichare, Executive Editor of Dainik Maharashtra Samrat Shri. Ganesh Bhoite, Sapta. Editor of Thane Navadoot Shri. Dinesh Joshi, Senior Advocate from Thane Shri. Suresh Satam, Thane District Soldier Board Ex-Serviceman Shri. Jaydeep Bhoir and other dignitaries were present. The attendees were felicitated by gifting a bouquet of flowers and an image of Chhatrapati Shri Shivaji Maharaj. For this blood donation camp, blood was collected through Akshay Blood Bank, Pune and free medical check-ups were conducted through Oscar Hospital, Thane. Thane citizens took advantage of this camp in large numbers. For the invaluable contribution made by the medical officers and staff for this initiative, they were honored by the trust with the image of Chhatrapati Shri Shivaji Maharaj. Also, thanks were expressed on behalf of the trust to all the blood donors and dignitaries who participated in the blood donation and medical examination camp. On the occasion of the inauguration, the President of Thane District Journalists Association Shri. Sanjay Pitale expressed his gratitude to all the organizations for organizing the camp and appealed to the people to participate in this social work by participating in such blood donation camps as the patients are suffering from shortage of blood today. Also, through the trust, it was appealed to those who are able to participate in such valuable work like donating blood which gives life to the needy patients and fulfill their duty towards the society.
