Aapla Aawaj Samajik Sanstha, Thane in collaboration with the organization in the year 2021 supplied about two months of vegetables, mats, sheets, towels, sarees, clothes, food grains and other essential items at Mahad, District Raigad in Naveen Vasahat, Kondivate, Koteshwari Tale, Navenagar, Shirgaon, Kajalpura, Ghartkar Ali, Kakartale, Mahad market place, Gawal Ali and in various flood affected villages. Also Dr. Waris Ansari of New Life Polyclinic Hospital through whom medicines were distributed and provided free medical services to the flood-affected patients in Mahad Taluka and the city. In this initiative Fresh and clean vegetables were made available in large quantities from time to time through vegetable traders from Chhatrapati Sambhajiraje Vegetable Traders Board, APMC Navi Mumbai and Jambhli Naka, Thane. Diwali snacks and LED bulbs were distributed to these villagers during the Diwali festival after the flood situation was over and all well-wishers who provided financial and material support in the relief activities implemented for the flood victims were thanked by giving certificates of appreciation.
